Hello, I’m Cory.

I am an author, podcast host, speaker, mentor, meditation teacher, and music producer.

I’ve studied meditation, philosophy, and a variety of wisdom traditions for over twenty years. During that time, I watched my own mind, applied what I learned, and figured out how to create real changes in my mindset, mental clarity, and self-awareness. I also discovered how to let go of negative habits, break old patterns, and find freedom in the ability to always be growing into a better version of myself. By doing this, I've been able to thrive as a thinker, writer, podcaster, and musician. Now, I’m available to help you learn how to do the same.

I host a top-rated self-development podcast called The Astral Hustle, which has racked up millions of downloads and was featured in The New York Times. I wrote a book called Now Is the Way, which was published by Penguin Random House and given a starred review by Publisher’s Weekly. I've taught thousands of people meditation through my online meditation courses. I've run an audio production company, having released over a dozen albums as a musician, and produced hundreds of albums for other artists. My social media following continues to be a daily resource of inspiration and insight for over 500k people.
