You’ll submit real moments from your life or a challenge you’re facing now. I’ll walk through them live, showing how to apply the skills.

The first half of the daily sessions will focus on teaching the day's skill. What it is, how to recognize it in real time, and how to use it. In the second half, I’ll answer your questions and give you direct guidance.

Before the course begins, you’ll be invited to share a challenging moment from your life or something you’re facing right now.

I’ll walk through these stories live with the group (anonymously, if you prefer), showing what’s actually happening in each moment and, step by step, how to apply these skills.
