The first half of the daily sessions will focus on teaching the day's skill. What it is, how to recognize it in real time, and how to actually use it. In the second half, Cory will answer your questions so you can confidently use the skill in your own life.
Days 1-6: Live Sessions (60-Mins)
Before the course begins, you’ll be invited to share a challenging moment from your life or something you’re facing right now.
I’ll walk through these stories live with the group (anonymously, if you prefer), showing what’s actually happening in each moment and, step by step, how to apply these skills.
Day 7: Clarity In Practice (90-Mins)
After you enroll, you'll gain access to a private discussion group. Here, you’re welcome to reflect, ask questions, share moments you’re working through with fellow students, or simply read and listen. Gain valuable insights, meet like-minded people, and build long-lasting relationships.
